Idiopathic pulmonary arterial hypertension (IPAH) initial evaluation and follow-up, a rare and incurable disease if left untreated, is based on a multiparametric approach (functional status of the patient, biomarkers, hemodynamic parameters and imaging evaluation of right heart impairment).
