The advances in camera technology and wireless sensor network (WSN) have encouraged the development of wireless multimedia sensor network (WMSN), which can collect multimedia data from its surrounding environment. Multimedia data such as video, image and audio is larger in volume than scalar data such as temperature, pressure and humidity.
