Hydatid cyst related to Echinococcus granulosis is a parasitic infection of humans settled in various tissues and organs. Transition of cystic fluid with high antigenic property to systemic circulation during an operation can cause intense hypersensitivity reactions related to Immunoglobulin E hy-persensitivity reactions and may occur with clinical situations ranging from benign urticaria and short-term shivering to severe anaphylactic shock.
