Girgel: Principle Component Analysis (PCA) in bean genotypes (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) for agronomic, morphological and biochemical characteristics -1999 -APPLIED ECOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENTAL RESEARCH 19(3):1999-2011. Abstract. This study was established in Bayburt University with 3 replications according to the Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) pattern in Bayburt University Organic Agriculture Research and Application Treatment Area in order to determine the agro-morphological, biochemical

During the research, Principle Component Analysis (PCA) was performed on dry bean genotypes. The first principal component had 37.899% of the total variation (PC1). The second principle component (PC2) explained 19.975% of the total variation. The third principle component had 15.906 of the total variation (PC3). The cumulative ratio of the three primary components in total variation was 73.
