In order to evaluate the development of orienteering in the national education system, The study takes the National Student Orienteering Championship as the research object. Statistics and interviews were conducted on the scale and level of competition in different provinces. Research suggests that: In the secondary school group, the development of orienteering is unbalanced among provinces.
