2009
Anais do XXVII Simpósio Brasileiro de Telecomunicações

Abstract It is developed a study of case, unifying theoretical and practical aspects, regarding the cell-planning of a third generation (3G) network that implements a radio interface based on the Universal Mobile Telecommunications System (UMTS) Terrestrial Radio Access (UTRA) Wideband Code division Multiplexing (WCDMA) Frequency Division Duplexing (FDD) technology. The used methodology is validated by the close agreement between the measured and estimated cell coverage.
