The study aimed to identify the role of Strategic practices for HRM for an innovative approach for enhancing the competitive advantage in Egyptian pharmaceutical companies. The use of the descriptive analytical approach has used. The measurement tool had designed and distributed to a random sample of employees of these companies. The study concluded that there is a positive impact of Strategic practices for HRM for an innovative approach to enhance the competitive advantage of these companies.
