Fifteen pure breeding line of Tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum Miller) were crossed with two tester. Genetic analysis was carried out to detect the epistasis and to estimate component of genetic variation for three qualitative traits. The epistasis was important for all the characters under study except total soluble solid in autumn – winter season.
