RESUMO O presente artigo tem como objetivo analisar as medidas executivas atípicas previstas no CPC/2015. A primeira parte abrange breve histórico das ações executivas utilizadas no período romano bem como a evolução dos meios coercitivos em nosso atual ordenamento jurídico.
