On the following day, three pints, and after that two pints, were for a long timue dischabrged daily. Weak iodurated injections had the effect of checking the amounit of discharge, the odour of which was most offensive, particularly towards dissolution, which took place three months after the operation, the enormous quantity of thirty imperial pints having been evacuated.
