Comparative Study of PID and FOPID Controller Response for Automatic Voltage Regulation

The aim of this work is to design an automatic voltage regulation system by selection of FOPID parameters. In this work the advantage of FOPID controller over Conventional PID controller is discussed using MATLAB/Simulink. PID (proportional-integral-derivative) control is one of the earlier control strategies.
