more » ... n it. Objectives of this paper are to illustrate the responsibility of a teacher and the significance of e-learning in the current scenario COVID19. It highlights the challenges faced by teaching staff in Pakistan to apply e-learning and makes an attempt to propose diverse solutions to the awareness, implementation and compatibility with regard to the e-learning solutions by the teachers in their teaching-learning processes.
