Plasma-activated medium (PAM) has been produced by exposing a liquid media to Argon plasma jet. The jet plasma exposure to liquid media has produced reactive Oxygen species (ROS) in liquid phase. This study aims to determine the number of reactive species in plasma-activated medium. An atmospheric pressure plasma jet (APPJ) was generated with a dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) column by AC high voltage.
