Isolated fallopian tubal torsion is a rare entity causing lower abdominal pain, occurring predominantly in the reproductive age group and common on right side. Certain risk factors like hydro/hematosalpinx, previous tubal ligation, abnormal mesosalpinx and hypermotility of tube predispose to tubal torsion.
