A 46-year-old female has abused phenacetin-containg analgesics because she had severe headache since 1957. In 1978 she was admitted to the Department of Internal Medicine in our hospital because of severe headache. The diagnosis of psychogenic headache, phenacetin nephropathy and granulocytopenia due to analgesic abuse was made. DIP showed left contracted kidney but normal right pyelogram. On April 25, 1983 she visited the Department of Urology in our hospital because of gross hematuria since
