The main research hypothesis is that there is a correlation and effect between knowledge sharing in its dimensions and the reduction of the causes of organizational silence in its dimensions. A sample of (146) individuals. A set of results, the most important of which is the existence of correlation and impact relationships at the macro and sub-level. The research recommends paying more and more attention to knowledge sharing for the purpose of completely eliminating the causes of organizational silence, and the research is unique in that it combines two variables in the environment of the Iraqi health sector, as well as dealing with the analytical aspect.
