Currently, nickel heat-resistant single-crystal (SX) alloys of the second generation are the most popular in the production of gas turbine blades. Direct crystallization technology for manufacturing of SX turbine blades is associated with the inability to fully utilize the potential of the alloy. Such a limitation is caused by the formation of shrinkage micropores as well as limited geometrical complexity of part. Selective laser melting process can be utilized to overcome this problem. The
