Abstrak Pengindeksan subjek merupakan salah satu kegiatan inti dalam pengolahan koleksi perpustakaan. Hasil analisa terhadap pretest dan posttest menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kemampuan peserta dalam hal pengindeksan subjek koleksi perpustakaan.
