The main purpose of this study was to assess and analyze challenges, opportunities and implementing of effective education critical mass organization for cooperative learning at Debremarkos College of teacher education. To achieve this objective a descriptive survey method was employed. The data for the study were collected by quantitative and qualitative methods.
