MODERN SLAVERY IN INDONESIA: BETWEEN NORMS AND IMPLEMENTATION

People in the 21st century are still sold like objects, forced to work for little or no wages paid and at the mercy of 'employer'. Global Slavery Index (GSI) in 2013 showed that an estimated 29.8 million people living in modern-day slavery. In Indonesia there are 210 970 people living in slavery.
