The purpose of this research is to know the influence of transformational leadership, organizational culture, and organizational commitment on performance through work satisfaction of Mandiri Bank employees of Jember Area. Sampling uses census method to all employees of L5 Mandiri Bank of Jember Area amounted to 70 people. This research uses quantitative research method with explanatory research approach.
