Castleman's disease of the kidney: a case report

Castleman's disease is a rare disorder characterized by benign proliferation of lymphoid tissue. A 61-year-old man was referred to our department for a renal mass incidentally detected by magnetic resonance imaging. Computed tomography showed a 18 × 20 × 14 mm mass in the upper pole of the right kidney, which enhanced at the early phase and washed out at the late phase.
