Proposed methodology present vector control of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) drive fed with multilevel inverter. Multilevel inverters improves the torque and speed response under different operating conditions. In this proposed work, the conventional 2level inverter is replaced with three and five level inverters in PMSM drive system.
