Design and Performance Analysis of an Electromagnetic Tricycle Operated in an Airport

This paper presents a new body design of modern electromagnetic tricycle for traveling in an airport with zero emissions. The design of the tricycle's electromagnetic wheels utilised the theory of automotive dynamics and a brushless DC motor. These consisted of two sliding rings, which are electromagnet and have a permanent magnet inside the wheels. Furthermore, a design chassis was developed using ABAQUS with its dynamic analysis based on the chassis of an existing golf cart model. The chassis
