There is a growing awareness of the importance of diversity at all levels of academic education. At a microdidactic level, there is a demand for a diversity-sensitive arrangement of teaching and learning. This paper views diversity as an opportunity and presents a concept for a cross-hierarchical system of seminar facilitation as a model of academic teaching that realises the related potential.
