This study is a quantitative study that aims to examine the intention to use mobile banking services among Millennial Generation using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use Technology (UTAUT) model. The findings of this study indicate that performance expectations, business expectations, social influence, accepted risk, and religiosity have a positive effect on intentions to use Mobile Banking. Business expectations have a positive effect on performance expectations in Mobile Banking. Social influence has a positive effect on religiosity in Mobile Banking. Furthermore, customer satisfaction and behavioral intentions have a positive effect on the use of Mobile Banking.
