This paper is aimed at synthesis of conducting polymers (CP's) like Polypyrrole (PPY) and polyaniline (PANI) through chemical oxidation with different dopants has been carried out. It is then mixed with various host polymer matrix system like PMMA (poly methyl methacrylate), Epoxy to prepare conducting composites it is observed that Shielding effectiveness is directly depend on conductivity of the composites.
