Treatment of psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis, especially moderate and severe, represents difficulties. Recently, various methods of molecular medicine have been actively developed, however, targeted therapy deserves special attention, which consists of chemical agents that have specific target as a specific protein or enzyme.
