A mixed trinuclear Co(III), Rh(III)-ammine complex containing oxalate as a tridentate bridging ligand has been prepared by reacting [Rh(NH3)5C2O4H](ClO4)2 with tri-µ-hydroxo-bis[triamminecobalt(III)]perchlorate in acidic aqueous solution.
