This study examines the impact of greenwash on consumers' perceived risk, quality, confusion and satisfaction with electronic products that indicate that they are environmentally friendly. In addition, the effect of perceived quality and risk, satisfaction and trust on word of mouth was investigated while investigating the perceived risk and the confusion of the consumer on trust.
