Persistent Left Superior Vena Cava (PLSVC) is a rare congenital anomaly which is typically asymptomatic and discovered incidentally during device implantation. Methods: In this case, we present challenges and techniques of Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy (CRT) in a patient with PLSVC.
