Deuterium (hydrogen) flux permeating palladium has been analyzed using mass spectroscopy ( S R S R GA2 0 0 ) i n a n e w a p p a r a t u s . T h e " ma s s 6 " c o mp o n e n t h a s b e e n c o n f i r me d a g a i n . I t i s f o u n d t h a t Langevin rate of D 3 + g e n e r a t i o n i n t h e ma s s s p e c t r o me t e r p l a y s a n i mp o r t a n t r o l e . Ho w e v e r , " ma s s 6 " component cannot be attributed to D 3 + only. The palladium plays an important role as well. The
