We'd like to welcome you to the 4th IEEE International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Virtual Reality (IEEE AIVR 2021). After the very successful first edition of IEEE AIVR 2018 in Taichung, Taiwan, we were excited to bring the conference back to Taiwan again in 2021. Unfortunately, the COVID-19 pandemic is still keeping most of the world at hold, and, like last year, we must host the conference virtually again.
