1963 JOURNAL OF THE SOCIETY OF BREWING JAPAN  
With 35 brewing factories under the supervision of the Osaka Tax Administration Bureau, measurements were made on bactrial acidities of the air in brewing rooms and brewing water and Tome Koji. The results of statistic treatment on the above data are as follows.
