Adverse drug reactions (ADRs) are anxious unintended responses to drugs that occur at a dose usually used by humans. ADR is a significant problem with a considerable concern as it might cause a high rate of hospital admission. However, ADRs could be prevented by identifying, evaluating, and recording such reactions.
