This study aimed to investigate the effect of the multi-ion releasing paste (MP) on the acid resistance of the enamel surface of an extracted human tooth. Five kinds of MP were prepared according to the content (wt%) of S-PRG fillers: 0 wt% (MP0, control), 1 wt% (MP1), 5 wt% (MP5), 20 wt% (MP20), and 30 wt% (MP30).
