In this research, it is aimed to examine the "Erasmus+ School Education Staff Mobility (KA101)" projects in the context of their contributions to teachers. The research was structured in a typical case pattern, which is one of the qualitative research designs. The study group of the research consists of 28 teachers working in secondary schools in Eskişehir province Odunpazarı district.
