The developed model allows to assess the competitiveness of the motor transport enterprise on the basis of the transport service quality indicators, taking into account both the importance of the individual factors of quality in the general system and their various changes. This model can be used to provide an indicative assessment of the quality of transportation in various segments of the freight market.
