This study presents an approach to life quality estimation in different areas of Russia in the context of national project implementation. Methods for life quality estimation in municipal territories are suggested. Emphasis is made on the comprehensive assessment of the results of the national project implementation and identification of problematic areas in the economy and social sphere of each territory.
