Proceedings of Correlations and Fluctuations in Relativistic Nuclear Collisions — PoS(CFRNC2006)
We present a comprehensive survey of two-particle correlations from p-p collisions at √ s = 200 GeV. Correlations on transverse rapidity y t are separated into a soft component (longitudinal fragmentation) and a hard component (transverse fragmentation). Fragment correlations on transverse rapidity y t are compared to fragmentation functions from e + -e − collisions plotted on conventional logarithmic momentum variable ξ p and rapidity y.
