This study was conducted to determine the effect of the implementation of the blended learning model to student learning independence and learning outcomes of vocational students' PBO. METHODS: This research uses quantitative methods. The results of this study indicate that (1) the percentage value of student learning independence PBO using the blended learning model is 61.72%; (2) obtained the posttest mean (mean) value in the control class is 69.1250, and in the experimental class is 78.2500,
