This study was conducted to determine the effect of the implementation of the blended learning model to student learning independence and learning outcomes of vocational students' PBO. Referring to these result, it can be concluded that from the implementation of the blended learning model on the PBO course, students learning independence is in good criteria, and there is an affect on students learning outcomes.
