Rapid Development of Outdoor Information Collection Robot using Open-Source Hardware

This paper describes for the rapid development of an autonomous mobile robot for data collection in the intelligent environment using open-source hardware. We develop the mobile robot system based on the robot operating system (ROS) for the reuse of developed software packages developed by another developers.
