We report two cases of airway obstruction due to several radiotherapies. In the first case, although a "cannot ventilate, cannot intubate" (CVCI) situation arose, we performed cricothyrotomy, thus saving the patient. In the second case, we were able to perform bronchoscopy early to assess her laryngeal edema before nasal intubation and tracheotomy were performed.
