Dr. Vahak Marghussian introduced various aspects and applications of modern ceramic science in the early 1980s at the time when the industry and art of traditional ceramics in Iran already had a long history. Later, he was called the father of advanced ceramic science in Iran. Vahak Marghussian was born in Tehran in 1948 and grew up in a family with a Christian religious minority.
