The approach to increase the incomes of Chinese Farmers will be investigated in the paper. Through the analysis on the changes of farmers' incomes and the income between urban and rural areas since the 1980s, combined with the current success cases of practice and exploration, we will analyze how to increase the farmers' incomes. The results show that the farmers' incomes can be increased through the two parts: the increase of agricultural incomes and nonagricultural incomes. The conclusion is
