Soil-transmitted helminths (STH) (Ascaris lumbricoides, Trichuris trichiura and hookworm) are among the most prevalent neglected tropical diseases (NTDs) in Ethiopia. Pre-school age children (PSAC) pay high morbidity toll associated with STH infections.
