The study was to determine the effect of orlistat drug and green coffee in the body weight and lipid profiles in hypercholesterolemia rats. Results: Reduction in body weight highly significant and significant by administration of Orlistat drug and Green Coffee respectively also reduced in cholesterol and LDL by Orlistat drug more than Green Coffee. While triglyceride, Glucose and HDL were highly significant in Green Coffee more than Orlistat drug. Conclusion: Both the Green Coffee and Orlistat drug were reduced the body weight and lipid profile in hypercholesterolemia rats.
