... clínico, levou a equipe a interrogar a lógica de funcionamento do setor de urgência, assim como da articulação da equipe. Mostraremos as questões que foram suscitadas neste primeiro encontro e o efeito de mudança que pôde ser constatado, ao longo do ano, em outros casos levados para a Sessão Clínica pela equipe da Urgência. Palavras-chave: Psicanálise, instituição, intervenção institucional Abstract: This article aims the IRS Clinic Session, emphasizing the institutional repercussion of this work. The discussion about R's case brought us question: what we should do with a patient in crises, in a complex situation where could not be discharged, without major seriousness which wouldn't justify an admission at the hospital? Considering this question, not by the theoretic discussion, but for the construction of a clinic case, it leds the group to the to question the sector logical function, introducing a change in the perspective about the urgency factor, as well as the group procedure. We will show the questions which were brought in this first meeting, and the effect of change that was noticed, through the year, in other cases brought to the clinic Session, by the urgency group.
