The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between self-efficacy with organizational health of staff in Justice Department of Golestan. The research method was descriptive, correlation type. Its population included 150 employed staff in Justice Department of Golestan. There was randomly selected 108 staff according Kerjsi-Morgan Table. A questionnaire was used to collect data. Data normality was confirmed using ks test.
