Pseudonym changing is the state-of-the-art approach for resist tracking attack of vehicles in vehicular ad-hoc networks (VANETs). However, most of the proposed pseudonym changing schemes cannot guarantee to resist the tracking attack, namely, provide the unlinkability of vehicles, meanwhile they prefer to generate and store a set of pseudonyms before vehicles' travelling, which causes large storage cost.
